CHEZ ROUX

Michel Roux will open a new restaurant in Palm Court at The Langham, London on 22nd May 2024. Chez Roux has been inspired by the time when the Roux family, including a young Michel Roux, first moved to the UK in the 1950s. During this time, Michel Roux’s father, Albert, and uncle, Michel Sr, both cooked in the private houses of England’s elite, serving everything from family lunches to grand dinner parties. 

Chez Roux will present a unique opportunity to experience Michel Roux’s cooking in London, with menus that showcase historical British classics and traditional French cooking methods, presented in contemporary, refined dishes.
